• A Sarawakian from Malaysia, has two sons and one daughter with his wife, Daisy. They also have three grandchildren.

❖ He received theological training at Singapore Bible College and later obtained a MA degree in Marriage and Family Ministry (MAMFM) and Doctorate in Ministry (DMin) from Biola University in California, USA.

❖ He has served in various capacities, including:

• Dean of Students, Singapore Bible College

• Mandarin Pastor, Mandarin Baptist Church of Los Angeles, CA, USA

• Director of Ministries, Ambassador for Christ, Paradise, PA, USA

• 6th General Secretary of the Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism (CCCOWE) (2011-2021)

❖ Has been involved in pastoral ministry, missionary work, community service, theological education, and church leadership training in 45 countries across Southeast Asia, North America, Central America, South America, Africa, Oceania, and Europe. He is often invited to lead faith-based gatherings, retreats, mission conferences, evangelistic campaigns, revival meetings, marriage and family seminars, as well as preaching and public speaking engagements since 1982.

❖ He currently serves as the Interim President and Associate Professor of Practical Theology at GETS Theological Seminary in Covina, CA, USA.​
